Status pass “missing”
Without doubt, my favourite benefit is the status pass.
Recently I applied one to a flight booking for my parents.
A schedule change has impacted the flight and it seems the Status pass disappeared - when I look in my history, I nolonger see that the pass was applied to the booking.
This happened last year and I spoke to Aeroplan, who were unable to solve the problem - regular telephone number.
Does anyone have any tips for me ?
