Conclusion to the story is the manager called me the next day and said she’d give me the daily credit, but made sure to communicate this “would be a one time exception” and that “her hands are tied in the future.” I informed her that I’d probably not be the last dissatisfied guest to voice an opinion in this, and expressed concern that she’d be on the receiving end of more of these types of complaints.” I did not receive a survey, unfortunately.

What’s somewhat amusing, is they comped one of the $18 credits at the time of payment at the bar. I was clear I only wanted what was per the policy. That’d be an additional sum of $12. She ended up applying the full daily credit of $30, which would’ve been in addition to the $18. 🙄. Thanks, I guess!

Thanks for everyone’s view on this and convincing me I’m not all that crazy. 😁
