Booked Latitude fare YUL-CPH for September, R space available, put in e-upgrade request to J which cleared immediately. However when I go to select my seat, it shows the PY cabin. It says 'business' at the top and the booking summary also show the upgrade to J. Plane is the 787-8, which is 3 cabin. Pic below.
Is this just the usual AC website nonsense that will eventually sort itself out, or should I call in? Flights a long way away so no rush, unless it's a screwup with the eupgrade that may leave me without one if I don't solve the problem before R space disappears.
I just noticed the light blue highlight bar refers to this flight as CPH-YYZ, so that suggests the messed up IT is seat booking, not the upgrade. But still wondering if I need to sort this out now or by calling in or will that eventually happen automatically?
Fishy.
I would call just o make sure.
