The ocean view was great, and the 2 "queen bed" room was actually 1 king plus 1 queen, which was awesome. I'd be totally happy getting a similar room again, so I don't feel i "need" the suite upgrade (but I'll go for it if others who have stayed in it prefer it).
I was here last month and stayed in both the standard suite (1029) and an ocean view king. The suite was nice but the only difference was a microwave, four seat dining table vs two seats, larger Nespresso pod machine vs the smaller pod machine, and the large sitting area with an extra tv.

If you need the space, the suite is worthwhile but we spent so little time in the room that the king room was just as good for us. I found globalist recognition to be good with all rooms facing the ocean and late check out granted which never seems to happen for me at resorts.

I really liked this property but given how we ended up spending our time in Kauai, I would look to an AirBnB for the next trip.
