I've been to the Pullman 3x times, the PH 5x times and now to the Alila.

I would go for the Pullman again.

The Pullman offers an incredible food selection including their Vegan/Vegetarian signature restaurant in the jungle.
The Island has an amazing vegetation and the sandbank is awesome. Snorkelling is very good but also very far to go out each day and the current can be very strong. However, you get free snorkelling tours etc.

Their AI is absolutely amazing for food, drinks, etc. Their food was by far much better, tastier and better presented than Alila.
