As for lies, every time I send I message to the What'sAp number I get a message saying that they are receiving more calls than usual and they will reply as soon as can. I have received this message so many times that they could not be receiving more calls than usual every time. What is almost certainly true is that they are receiving more calls than they can deal with at that time. If they replied they would generate some understanding but I have only received replies on two occasions and one was as about 2 o'clock in the morning.
