At least more than half the people I saw did not have oversized duffle bags as this guy is claiming. A lot of those carry ons would be acceptable in a lot of airlines. It is not as if people were carrying suitcases on board. I certainly know for sure that mine had no problems for the past 4 years in all types of not only AC aircraft but with any other airlines either until this time on AC. I had flown on an AC domestic two weeks ago with the same bag and on the AC International out of YYZ and they had no problems with it.
