Sometimes it's so much easier to write an e-mail instead of trying to arrange everything by phone. You can type everything clearly, no need to repeat everything 10 times, no need to re-confirm when talking about dates, names, ... And I can write the mail when I have the time and they can read it when they have the time to actually listen and do something with it. And especially, an e-mail can be forwarded, in case the person that reads it can not solve the issue. Avoids talking to 3 different people, explaining the question over and over again...

Bring back the e-mail addresses please!
