Well on my recent DOH-SHJ hop with QR (all 40 mins of it) in Y, I got a trio of dips, warm bread, and a bottle of juice.

So yes, I know that I'll get jumped on and told that BA are simply operating in line with the EU norm (or is that "operating in line with the EU race to the bottom"?) - but it's a sad reminder of how things could be, and were in the past...
