The option to convert a ticket into an Air Canada Travel Voucher was never part of the Domestic Tariff, International Tariff, or the General Conditions of Carriage, nor the fare rules as far as I am aware. It sounds like it was a policy above and beyond the ticket contract. So it seems they have the right to withdraw that option at anytime.
Does the ticket confirmation making specific reference to the Travel Ready Hub for their flexible booking policy not comprise the ticket contract?
