I wonder...if there is a Wifi Hotspot device out there that can somehow be programmed to use eSIMs....

It seems people are selling some that is tied to a carrier but wouldn't it be cool to have one that can take different eSIMs? Programming would be via the web interface like many routers / Wifi devices support.
