Has anyone had recent DPs for refunds on flights made with Travel Bank funds?

I cancelled a flight due to a schedule change. Part of the flight was booked with my Travel Bank. I received the refund for the portion paid with my credit card, but never received the refund for my travel bank. I tried contacting CS through the chat, but they have not been super helpful.
