Bumping this because I was curious about the same! We'll be staying there this August and I was curious why there's such a size range for essentially the same room type.
I think this has to do with some Regency Suites having terraces + balcony, versus others only having a balcony.
Some Standard Suites are at the front of the building on the 8th floor, with a large terrace and balcony and a (very) obstructed sea view. These are the nicest in my opinion.
Other suites have bedrooms with view on the city (back of the building) and don’t have such large terraces. Unsure whether this is the “large” or “small” type, but definitely ask for one with the large terrace if you have the opportunity.
