I was always able to obtain an OLCI boarding pass, but at T1 the security people said I must obtain a hard copy of the bp from the counter. Unsure if it's a T1 thing or a JL thing tho.
In April T1 security sent us back to the JL desk with a hard copy BP printed by another airline.
