No Compensation for June 1 Debacle
Hi everyone
So I got the reply from AC. Apparently IT problems are outside their control. Remarkable stuff. They did offer me 20% off which was really big of them.
I still want to know about the over 3 hours delay for no F.O. and then no functioning AC but there is no way to file a separate complaint. I already have one complaint from last year stuck in the Federal backlog so might as well add another .
This is woeful "customer service."
