Which is why I posted that it depends on the type of benefit the standby is. A buddy pass, a "Zed fare" (not to be confused with a business booking class Z), or straight up non-rev for employees of the airline are all different types of non-rev.
DL employee non-rev benefits for theirself mean they are entitled to best available. They should automatically clear into the highest cabin when GA processes. No need to list for each cabin. However must list for each when using a buddy pass. (Which they wouldn't be using for theirself)
