AA has sent me several emails over the past few months about upgrading ("Purchase an upgrade for your upcoming flight to XX") my booked coach flights. The email includes a button to "Upgrade Now". But when you click on it, you just bring up your reservation on aa.com. Nothing to click to upgrade.

Anyone else receiving these? How is it that they expect you to upgrade your flight? I'm not getting it. What am I missing?

I tried looking on the app too. Nothing about upgrading my flights for cash...
