trying to decide Easyjet vs. Norwegian on LGW-CPH (reliability, hassle, experience)

Hi all, I rarely fly LCC in Europe so am hoping for some knowledgeable advice on this. I want to get from LGW-CPH later in June, to meet friends for dinner/drinks, and there are 2 options:

Norwegian: 1:50pm, ~£60
Easyjet: 1:55pm, ~£50

I see that Easyjet's departure on this route is not very reliable. (although this link is not exactly the same departure time, this shows a late afternoon departure, difficult to find the exact flight, I guess Easyjet changes it often). Norwegian's is more reliable. (again not exactly the same flight)

Easyjet is an instant purchase with penalties even within the first 24 hours. Norwegian lets you cancel for free within 24 hours.

I've flown on Easyjet before and it's fine. Not as cheap/tacky as Ryanair. I have no idea what Norwegian is like, would any of you be able to comment?

I wonder which choice I should go with? It's a short flight so I'm probably mostly concerned about on-time getting to friends. As long as I'm not unwittingly taking a Spirit airlines and in for some unpleasant cabin experience.

Thanks!
