What did your luggage claim tag say? LHR or OSL?

If they said LHR, then they are definitely going to baggage claims at LHR. I seriously doubt that a bag tagged to OSL will end up at a baggage carousel at LHR. If you have travel insurance, you should claim with them (their terms might be more generous than SAS).
