As someone who has booked almost 500 nights stay on Hotels.com I have to say this is the most horrible news ever. I found out today when I had to accept terms and conditions when making a new booking.
- My gold status went.
- My prices for hotels now show in USD instead of GBP.
- I have zero dollars in my reward balance (I had over £1500 in hotel rooms saved).
It also seems that future rewards will only apply to USD bookings and I will no longer be able to pay in GBP? Now I'll pay FX charges.
One Key? WONKY!
