Maybe slightly off topic, but how hard did you folks find it driving in Japan? I want to stay here and realize the value of having a car, but am paranoid of accidents given the flipped left-right lanes. Property looks amazing for the spring / summer.
I have no issues driving on the left.
just mind that you need a license in Japanese to rent a car. My MHC assisted me with the translation through the concierge in HR Seragaki for instance.it needs to be translated by an official agency.
