Rather than starting a new thread, I'm bumping this oldie (I think this is kosher according to the FT TOS because the thread is less than 10 years old).
Anyway, I somehow managed to lose all of my saved passwords today, and ba.com is one that I can't remember, so I've been trying to reset.
I am able to receive the password recovery email, 8 times today, in fact.
But, when I get to that page, I receive at least one of the following two error messages:
- Passwords need to be at least eight characters in length and use a mix of letters (English A-Z) and numbers.
- Please complete this field
Wrt #1, on my first attempt, ba.com poo-pooed the Chrome suggested password because it contains special characters. During the other 7 attempts, I definitely conformed with their stated rule.
Wrt #2, obviously I completed the field.
Thanks in advance for any advice you guys might be able to offer.
