We stayed at Sofitel and our flight was changed to T3. We asked at reception and they told us it would be £55 😂 just got an Uber instead and that was still £33. They have to pay certain fees that were shown in the breakdown, I think that was about £10 of the cost.
Check your Uber receipt. We were charged extra for pick-up from the Sofitel but hotel guests shouldn't have to pay any extra pick-up/drop-off charge. I queried it with Uber and had the extra charge refunded.
