I could ask now why car, aircraft but not food. I think food poising is more common that fatal plane crashes. I just want to give an example that while there is maybe a individual reasonable explanation to do the separation thing it is not based on probabilities but on personal preferences. So at the end if someone asks what the flyertalk community things about it we only can say that there is nor rational mathematical explanation but just a personal preference on what feels better.
