After I didn’t get the junior suite I checked the app and only base level rooms were showing. Not that it was necessarily true but I assumed they sold the room that was going to me for one night. Disagreeing with them was not worth it for my limited time there based on my circumstances.

I don’t recall if the junior suite indicated river view or not. On the non river side there is a relative narrow street with buildings directly on the other side. Without seeing the exact view from those rooms, I discern I’d prefer the river view under my traveling circumstances (wife and I on vacation) as the premium room was pretty large and we didn’t really require a separate room.
