I’m flying SGN-DOH-SFO in biz (fare code I) next Sunday. There’s only 1 flight out of SGN that day, leaves at 7:30p, gets into DOH at 11:15p. Flight to SFO leaves at 8:10a next day. Started a chat with QR inquiring about the complimentary hotel since it looks like i meet the guidelines. Unfortunately, the response i got from agent was that my ticket is not available because “there are flights with short layover on the same day so your booking is not eligible.” Am i missing something here? There’s only 1 SGN-DOH flight that evening. And only 1 SFO flight. Am I getting the run around from QR?
