Would like to double check something on Status Passes. I am gifting my 2 to family members flying out of YYZ on AC. One person is flying Intl, the other Domestic.

Does the status pass entitle them to check in at the Business class area (the old Aisle 1 in Departures level), or is there some other priority check in area they need to go to?
