£55 for a cab from T5 to T3. I don't begrudge anyone the ability to earn a decent wage, but that's criminal. There will no doubt be the odd unsuspecting person who actually pays this. Was this a local cab company or their own transfer service? Either way it's a liberty and a p*ss take.
I called reception and asked if they could recommend a cab company, they took details and said they’d get us a quote. I assumed they’d have a company they usually work with that would do a good rate. Clearly not.
