Are you saying if I want the DIY, then I can't get the same plan features as the HK$33 SIM package? Where can I buy the DIY card? How much is it? I'm assuming if I buy it, it'll just be a blank card? If so, then I just need to register the DIY card and then pick the packages that suit my needs to the card? I'm assuming the plans for the DIY card are uncompetitive with what locals in HK are using?
Watsons sells the same package as PNS, and you cannot add the 268HKD travel pass to it.
If you want to buy a physical DIY SIM, you can either buy it online or at a 3hk shop. If you buy it online, it will only be shipped to a Hong Kong address. If you have a friend in Hong Kong, who is willing to take delivery and then mail it to you, it is o.k. Otherwise, you may have to wait until you are in Hong Kong.
I don't think you can buy a blank SIM. You buy a package, and the SIM comes with it.
