What most are missing (I understand the answers that are given) and what the OP is saying is that based on the member benefits guide table (https://www.ihg.com/content/us/en/cu...er-tc/2nd-page), he does have a status, Club, compared to non IHG one members.

It says 2pm across all categories, including Club, so OP is wondering should he not have gotten 2pm as it was available. A non member should have gotten the noon offer according to OP.

Technically they are correct but the "subject to availability" let's them do what they want and Plat/Diamond members get more leeway

But OP is not as out there as some replies have him, at least from my point of view.
