That's an amazing assertion just to make from parked aircraft. Scheduling seems pretty consistent. In my experience, more so than it used to be. (Haven't had any equipment swaps recently.) In 2007-2017, TG's load factors were 62.5%-74.2%. Load factor in Q1 2023 was 83.5%. Planes are much more full and a bunch are still parked.

As for the thread topic, there used to be availability close-in, but now I'm seeing nothing at all. That's definitely a change for the worse. On some routes that there should be TG seats, Aeroplan is offering SQ+QH connections.
