The rear cabin has only 4 rows IIRC and row 19 can be baby bassinet as well and at the end is Premium Economy also with baby bassinet. So to say middle of second Biz cabin is likely the quietest is not really the case usually unless you got very light load and rear Biz is almost empty.
Your comments refer to the A350-900, not A350-900ULR, which is the subject of this thread (see the title). In the ULR, the rear J cabin is the bigger one and both galleys are used for meal prep. We had three seats on a recent ULR flight (10A and the two 19 middle seats) and I can attest that galley noise was audible in all of them. I'm guessing row 11 would be similar.
