Somewhere in the middle of the rear cabin is likely to be quietest (away from the galleys and bathrooms). On the other hand, people snoring around you is pretty much inescapable anywhere in the cabin on overnight flights. The noise didn't bother me because I used ear buds with white noise, as well as eye shades, and slept very well. Bulkhead seats were definitely more comfortable for sleeping and even sitting, and I'm only 5 ft 8. Even my traveling companions (both shorter than me) preferred the bulkheads.
Your noise observations are based on sitting in row 19. Hence you would not have seen that the first galley in front of row 11 is not used for meal prep and mostly for drinks only or such. Hence, the the meal prep activities and noise are concentrated around the second (main use) galley.
The rear cabin has only 4 rows IIRC and row 19 can be baby bassinet as well and at the end is Premium Economy also with baby bassinet. So to say middle of second Biz cabin is likely the quietest is not really the case usually unless you got very light load and rear Biz is almost empty.
