In any event, I just looked over my recent transactions, and the local trips do seem to adhere to your y1/minute observation (downtown to PVG seems to cost around Y3/mintute though, which I suppose is still pretty good compared to airport runs in US cities).

I still remember when Didi and Uber were at war with each other in China and both were often cheaper than public transit.
