I do not know if they still exist, but I used Windsor Cars extensively when I was staying twice a week at the Hilton T5 (some years ago now though). They were reliable and definitely cheaper than the extortionate black cab rates. If I remember correctly it was 15 GBP to T5 and 18 GBP to T2/3.
