If so, are there any (possibly paid or PP etc) lounges that I could access after arrival?
Only HON or A-pax traveling LH/LX/OS are entitled to the LH arrivals lounge.

HOWEVER
good news for you: The "flight" FRA-XER is, in considered fact, "LH metal". Using your boarding pass + *G@MM, you are entitled to LH SEN & Business lounge.
Please note that the actual departure of the bus is across the highway (transfer through a bridge). So, I'd consider leaving the lounge 1h before departure. Depending on your brisk or slow walk, reaching the bus may take you 20-45 minutes. Being there at least 30 minutes before the departure is highly recommended. As mentioned before, boarding early is an advantage.

If denied lounge access (which I don't think you will), please check this thread: M&M Lounge meetings!
This is obscure enough, but you may find a fellow flyer willing to grant your access.

If none of the above applies to you, I'd consider booking paid access to an LH lounge or staying in the public area. From my perspective, the PriorityPass lounges in FRA are not recommended - they are dirty, worn out and lacking refreshments.

Safe journeys!
