Was searching for Singapore for year end and saw a new property pop up (not bookable yet). Appears that the Aloft has made its way into Singapore and appears to be a conversion from the Ramada and Days Hotel. Doesn’t appear to be close to any MRT lines. Could be good if the price is right.

Ramada Zhongshan Mall/Park? That's the Balestier side of Novena, caught uneasily in the no man's land between two MRT stations Novena and Toa Payoh. Means that access is sub-par, especially with a not-too-distant peer competitor Courtyard practically on top of Novena station. There seems to be a cluster of limited service brands developing around the TTSH medical precinct, presumably med tourism market?
