Stayed last week on 2 one night reservations (due to point availability). Top upgrade I saw when applying suite night was the junior suite. My suite night cleared to the junior suite for the first night but not the second. Was upgraded in app to premium river view room for the second night.

At checkin was given the premium river view for both nights. Didn’t even bring it up that I was previously assigned a junior suite as I was content to use one suite night and get a better room for both nights. Some would disagree I’m sure and if I was paying the 1600 a night I would have brought it to their attention.

Was assigned room 224. River view was certainly better than no view and room was sizable especially after coming from a base room in St Regis Venice. A higher floor would have been preferable for a better view but no street noise on 2nd floor, which is the 3rd floor by US norms.

Overall excellent service, great breakfast, nice bar vibes, and quality butler interactions. Only negative I would say is while the rooms are well maintained, they are due for a rehab sooner than later. Hope this helps.
