SNAs redeemed: Originally yes but in the end no

Used a SNA on the 1 King which was upgraded into a Deluxe 1 King Suite 3 nights before, then 2 nights before I saw the upgrade go to an exec suite. The twin room was upgraded to a Family Room at the same time. I receive an email a few hours before check-in saying my SNA has been returned and the app showed a downgrade back to a deluxe (1 Deluxe Queen left for sale, no exec). At check-in, the app showed an exec suite (and family room), which I received.
