For sure. I usually find myself under the tyranny of Buddy Dyer once or twice a year. A good friend of mine is an award-winning mixologist at the Renaissance Orlando Airport Hotel; you may have seen my photos of her drinks on the generic beverage thread.
Last time I was in Orlando I went to Half Barrel Beer Project with CoffeeTraveler and his colleague. It was relatively disappointing, but a nice space and they made a good effort.

We have found some good breweries outside Orlando; Crooked Can in Winter Garden especially and the two in Clermont. And our server last month at Sanford Brewing wrote down his two favorites for us to visit our next time in town.
