Thank you for your point by point reply, obliviously your a loyal flyer. I am a disabled US Vet however I can still make my way preferring to a "head start" ! I did request that however they agents disregarded the 6 of us sitting there. I was traveling in May not June for that very reason. Delays happen yes I agree however there are a phalanx of screens. My OW status gives me free seat selection etc. As for competitive I respectfully disagree, El has publicly stated they want to be the alternative to LHR/CDG which lead to my booking. Yes I am lucky that this was the worst ( that I remember ) flights but then we have a saying in the USAF " as long as you have the same number of landings as takeoffs your doing well"
