It was a 'non-changeable' flight. The airline changed it but refuses to give me the same courtesy.
Unfortunately I can't seem to find what French Bee lists as a "significant change" which would make you eligible to change or refund. For most airlines it needs to be greater than 30 mins, for some it's 60 mins. With LCCs with only a single flight a day I'd guess it's more than 60. You might just be out of luck here. You could try a DOT complaint but not sure it's warranted if it's a small change.
