Question is if ATC issues on the previous flight (into ATH) means that compensation is no longer due for the flight back to CDG. Assuming the flight was turned and left within a normal amount of time from ATH I'd say that there were no ATC issues with your flight. Other/previous flights, yes, but is that relevant for compensation?
