I booked a non-changeable non-refundable EWR-Paris non-stop flight for my family . Then the airline (FB) made a small change to the flight schedule. We can't take the new flight (long story + some cultural issues). I need to make a date change but the airline is absolutely refusing to accommodate my request. Four new tickets - going to cost me a lot of money. What's the deal on non-changeable tickets where the airline can change the flight schedules and you don't have a say at all. Any benevolent FB reps reading this? All I need is a date change from (what seems to be) a busier flight to a less busy flight. Help!!
