I stayed here for 2 nights, at the beginning and end of a 2 week cruise, courtesy of the cruise line. I added my account number at check-in for "incidentals". No upgrades available due to the fact that our cruise filled the hotel. Excellent pressure in the shower. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was excellent.

I did make some minibar purchases, and got 1 elite night (not that I need it) and the welcome amenity posted to my account.

Transportation to and from hotel was not included, but I found some decent rates on the AC website. For KEF-Edition, I booked a bus (we did have to change buses to get dropped off at hotel) and it cost C$68 for 2 or C$34/person (US$25 each). For the return, we didn't want to deal with a bus so I was able to book a car pick up for C$116 for 2 people (or US$43 each) after 10% discount code that AC gave us after the first booking.
