I got the pre-order link for an upcoming IAH-UIO flight. There is a mysterious "seared salmon" with no description or picture. Does anyone know more about this? I usually fly transpacific, and so I've had the two versions of seared salmon with beurre blanc sauce and the other seared salmon with red curry sauce I don't know if this is one of those, or something else?
