There you have it. When the head honcho, IFL, CSM, CSD or whatever meaningless monicker is being applied this month is totally uninterested then that filters down very quickly to a" don't give a damn, why should I bother" attitude from the other crew members. My experience recently in CW mirrored that of
garak112 in terms of total lack of service but I decided not to interact with the bunch of useless wasters and fly with their competitors next time, not that they would give a damn about that.
