It's so annoying to see the other side of the plane getting excellent service, and yours doesn't. Same happened to me flying in F earlier this year. I had to ask for everything, which left me feeling as if I was being a nuisance, and my other half had perfect service with a smile. You have to wonder why some crew members manage to get it so wrong, when you see their colleagues doing it so well. Does no-one on the flight have overall responsibility to make sure it's consistent?
That was the most annoying but, had everyone been in the same boat it would have been less frustrating.
Still it wasn't as bad as the time I flew AF and was told I couldn't have my meal choice because they had run out only to see the cabin crew all eating them in the galley half an hour after service.
