I m pretty sure it is not due to the waived fee, how can they waive the fee and punish your for it, it makes no sense. Something else must have triggered this (I am not saying it is your fault), but you probably won't know why that easily (if you ever manage to find out why). This is the first time i see someone getting "terminated" after so many years out of nowhere. Have you been sending large amounts of money through Paypal (paying with amex) by any chance ?
