A trick if i may call it so. A couple years ago i was able to book a multicity ticket with KLM on different classes directly online going thourgh google flights (Y outbound, J inbound). For example if you try looking for a multi city CDG-SIN, BKK-CDG on AF & KLM websites, you cannot select the fare type (light, standard, flex) and must book in the same class for both legs. If you search for the same itinerary on google flights and click on hte proposed link to KLM's website (does not work with AF as it goes to the welcome page), it actually open KLM website with the options to choose the different fares and even cabin class. It does not work all the time, seems to only work when one of the legs has a KL flight but it can be of some help maybe.
